Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Linkup XI ("Uygulama") tarafından 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve ilgili mağaza kuralları kapsamında işlenen verileri açıklar.
1. Veri sorumlusu

2. Toplanan veriler
- Anonim hesap kimliği: Uygulama açıldığında otomatik bir anonim kimlik (UUID) oluşturulur. Ad/soyad veya telefon istenmez.
- Profil: Kullanıcı adı (otomatik üretilir, değiştirilebilir), ELO puanı, galibiyet/mağlubiyet, seri.
- Oyun verisi: Oynanan maçlar, el sonuçları, eşleştirme kaydı.
- İsteğe bağlı e-posta: "Hesabımı kalıcılaştır" seçilirse e-posta + şifre saklanır.
- Teknik: Uygulamanın çalışması için gereken bağlantı bilgileri. Reklam kimliği veya konum toplanmaz.
3. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebep
- Oyunu sunmak, eşleştirme ve skor/sıralama (sözleşmenin ifası).
- Kötüye kullanımı önlemek, hizmeti iyileştirmek (meşru menfaat).
- E-posta ile giriş ve hesabın cihazlar arası taşınması (açık rıza/sözleşme).
4. Saklama ve aktarım
Veriler Supabase (PostgreSQL) altyapısında, AB/Frankfurt bölgesinde barındırılır. Yurt dışı aktarım KVKK m.9 kapsamında, hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli ölçüde yapılır. Veriler, hesap silinene kadar veya yasal saklama süresi boyunca tutulur.
5. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)
İşlenen verileriniz hakkında bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkınız vardır.
- Hesap silme: Uygulama içinde Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ile profiliniz, oyun kuyruğunuz, davetleriniz ve kimliğiniz kalıcı olarak silinir. Geçmiş maç kayıtları yalnızca anonim bir tanımlayıcı içerir ve kimliğiniz silindiğinde sizinle ilişkilendirilemez.

6. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamaz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.

This policy explains the data processed by Linkup XI (the "App") under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and applicable app store rules.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Anonymous account ID: an anonymous identifier (UUID) is created automatically when you open the App. No name or phone number is requested.
- Profile: username (auto-generated, editable), ELO rating, wins/losses, streak.
- Game data: matches played, round results, matchmaking records.
- Optional email: if you choose to "make your account permanent", an email + password are stored.
- Technical: connection data required for the App to function. No advertising identifier or location is collected.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Providing the game, matchmaking and scoring/ranking (performance of a contract).
- Preventing abuse and improving the service (legitimate interest).
- Email sign-in and moving your account across devices (consent/contract).
4. Storage and transfer
Data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure in the EU/Frankfurt region. Any cross-border transfer is made only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Data is kept until your account is deleted or for any legally required retention period.
5. Your rights
You may request information about, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing.
- Account deletion: in-app via Settings → Delete account, your profile, queue, invites and identity are permanently deleted. Past match records contain only an anonymous identifier and cannot be linked to you once your identity is deleted.

6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated; significant changes are announced in the App.
